“ONLY GOD IS RIGHTEOUS”

Butterfly 2017 OWPrince Darker Transparent Version

The world and her religions and Christian churches don’t have it right.  Only GOD is righteous.

The world gives the honor that is due unto man unto woman.  And it gives the role that is divinely assigned to woman unto man.

The world and her religions and Christian churches don’t have it right.  Only GOD is righteous.

The world celebrates what should be disgusting and abhorred.  And it despises and persecutes what is holy and righteous.

The world and her religions and Christian churches don’t have it right.  Only GOD is righteous.

The world seeks to change GOD’S Times and LAW.  It calls good bad and bad good and manufactures its own unholy days.

The world and her religions and Christian churches don’t have it right.  Only GOD is righteous.

The world says that you can have heaven on earth.  It preaches a gospel of prosperity and self-actualization.

The world and her religions and Christian churches don’t have it right.  Only GOD is righteous.

GOD sent the GOSPEL of the LIVING WORD and THE LIVING WORD preached the message of salvation through Repentance (Death), Baptism in His Name (Burial), and Resurrection (The Gift of the HOLY SPIRIT).  WE MUST BE BORN AGAIN.

The world and her religions and Christian churches don’t have it right. Only GOD is righteous.

LET GOD BE TRUE BUT EVERY MAN A LIAR.

The world and her religions and Christian churches don’t have it right.  Only GOD is righteous.

LIFE

LIFE owp

Life is a test. Be careful how you take it.

Just because I ask a question doesn’t mean that I don’t already know the answer.

Just because I don’t say anything about how you disrespect me doesn’t mean that I am not aware of it.

Just because I smile and laugh with you who hurt me doesn’t mean that I don’t know that you are my enemy.

Just because I pray for you doesn’t mean that I am not aware that you’ve stabbed me in my back.

Just because I act ignorant of your devices and schemes against me doesn’t mean that I am naïve or stupid.

I am constantly forgiving you because I am forgiven and under His protection!

My Father is the Great Jehovah and He Will Avenge His Own.

The LORD lives, and blessed be my rock; And exalted be the God of my salvation, The God who executes vengeance for me, And subdues peoples under me. He delivers me from my enemies; Surely You lift me above those who rise up against me; You rescue me from the violent man.
(Psalm 18:46-48)

Life is a test. Be careful how you take it.

A CRUMB FROM THE MASTER’S TABLE / “IT IS A BLESSING TO BE PERSECUTED”

The Master's Table

“Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great; for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”  ~ Matthew 5:10-12

bar47

Have you ever noticed that God’s Way and his choices in leadership and messengers aren’t subject to man’s scrutiny or assessment? God doesn’t subject Himself or His decisions to the wisdom of man. GOD Is GOD ALONE!

Often God’s chosen and sent emissaries are rejected by the world and its systems of organized religions and Christian churches. Often God’s true servants must stand alone, preach alone and endure a very lonely life.

Look at Jesus’ earthly minister. He was not supported or endorsed by any mainstream religious sect or organization (denomination). To the contrary, because he preached differently from the recognized Jewish religious organizations and was not sanctioned by them nor did he submit himself or his message to them for their examination and approval, he was ostracized, ridiculed and marked for destruction and death by them.

He is despised and rejected by men,
A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief.
And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him;
He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.

~ Isaiah 53:3-5 ~

If you aren’t a part of the good old boys network and if you don’t play politics and kiss butt and pay monetary tributes and give praises to certain persons who deem themselves entitled to decide your fate in ministry, you will be ostracized, ridiculed, despised and rejected by men and marked for destruction and death by them.

You will often stand alone! But be encouraged because you are not alone. Rejoice! You are in the divine fraternity of God-sent messengers who were also rejected and despised by men but remembered by God.

A CRUMB FROM THE MASTER’S TABLE

The Master's Table

Who Do You Want To be Like?

“You too should have this attitude which Christ Jesus had. Since he already existed in the very form of God, equality with God was not something He felt He had to grasp for. Nevertheless, He deprived Himself of His status and took on the form of a slave, born in the likeness of men. He humbled Himself, becoming obedient to the point of death, a death on the cross at that.”  – Philippians 2:5-8

Many Christians and Christian leaders are intrigued by and attracted to the glitter, glamour, power, celebrity and wealth of the mega star preachers and mega churches. They view them as being successful and something to imitate and duplicate. However, God’s Word doesn’t support this. We are to imitate Christ.

We are instructed to adopt the mind of Christ toward each other; giving to other what Christ has given to us – himself. We are to do nothing out of selfish ambition, greed or self-importance. We are to value others better than ourselves and remain humble about it. We ought not to imitate the world’s idea of servanthood and success but Christ’s example of humility, selflessness, sacrifice and love unto death.

Do for others what Christ did for you.

Divest of yourself and invest in others!

Imitate Christ!

A Crumb From The Master’s Table

The Master's Table

“…I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am.” – Philippians 4:11

bar47

We must learn to be content. It is not natural to be content in poverty, grief, pain and suffering but spiritual contentment is a learned state of being through the grace of God.

D.L. Lawrence wrote: “I never saw a wild thing sorry for itself. A small bird will drop frozen dead from a bough without ever having felt sorry for itself.”

What the birds knows instinctively, we must learn spiritually. God has it all in control and is very much aware of where we are and in what circumstances we are in. And whether we live or whether we die, it is all to the glory of God. (Philippians 1:21)

It is only human to sometimes feel sorry for ourselves. However, we are challenged and instructed to give thanks in all things. (1 Thessalonians 5:18)

Praise God in whatever circumstances you are in and watch your outlook change.

A Crumb From The Master’s Table

The Master's Table

Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said, “If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me and for the gospel will save it.” – Mark 8:34-35

bar47

If we want to live we must first die (repent). If we want to increase in Christ, we must decrease in self.

Those of us who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

“For, as far as this world is concerned, we are already dead, and our true life is a hidden in God, through Christ.” (Ref. Col 3:3)

Death To Self is NOT Optional for Christians. It is a way of life.

A Crumb From The Master’s Table

The Master's Table

Do I not hate them, O Lord, who hate You? And do I not loathe those who rise up against You? I hate them with perfect hatred; I count them my enemies. – Psalm 139:21-22

bar47

As born-again children and lovers of God we are to hate what God hates. We are to despise those who despise our Father and rebel against Him. We cannot be friends with the enemies of God!

“… For what partnership is there between righteousness and lawlessness? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness? What agreement does Christ have with the Devil?Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? And what agreement does God’s sanctuary have with idols? For we are the sanctuary of the living God, as God said: ‘I will dwell among them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be My people. Therefore, come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord; do not touch any unclean thing, and I will welcome you.’” – 2 Corinthians 6:14-17

A Crumb From The Master’s Table

The Master's Table

“I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction.” – 2 Timothy 4:1-2

bar47

Most Christians attend worship services with the expectation of being spiritually inspired, emotionally stimulated and cerebrally massaged. Some attend services to be entertained. Some attend in search of personal gain or wealth.  Some go to church just to be nosey while others go just to hear what’s wrong with those “other folks.”

However, the Word of God indicates that whenever we are in the presence of God’s Preached Word, we are subject to be reproved (Reprimanded for the wrong we have done), rebuked (Have our behavior criticized and corrected), exhorted (Strongly encouraged to Keep the Faith and Obey God’s Commands) and receive patient and careful instructions on how to be saved and obey the Commandments of God and live holy.

Don’t get it twisted!

Preaching is not about making God’s Word serve us but about instructing us how to serve God.

Preaching is not about making God’s Word acceptable to us but making us acceptable to God.

Preaching is not about making us feel good but about instructing us how to be good.

Preaching is not about our wants, desires, needs or ambitions but it is about God’s Eternal plan of salvation through Christ Jesus and His divine Purpose, Plan and Will for our lives.

“I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom…
