“Hear What The Spirit Is Saying Unto The Ekklesia about Halloween”
-“Some are scared to tell you what others don’t want you to know!” –
20 I do not want you to be participants with demons. 21 You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons. You cannot partake of the table of the Lord and the table of demons. 22 Shall we provoke the Lord to jealousy? Are we stronger than he? (1 Corinthians 10:20b-22)
…
Many well-intentioned Christian and Saints participate in social and traditional festivals and holidays without questioning their origin or their compatibility with the True Faith of YHVH. However, that is information that we need to know!
God is giving a wake-up call to professing believers. As it was with those the prophet Elijah addressed in his day, so it is with us: “‘How long will you falter between two opinions? If the Lord is God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him.’ But the people answered him not a word” (1 Kings 18:21).
What will it take for believers to accept and stand for God’s truth rather than harmful traditions that originated in idolatry and paganism? What will it take for Saints to fight the good fight—the fight “against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places?”(Ephesians 6:12, NKJV).
Search as you may, you cannot find any support for Halloween in the HOLY SCRIPTURES. God is fiercely opposed to all pagan and occult practices. He warns His people to have nothing to do with these (Leviticus 19:31; Deuteronomy 18:10-12). They lure us away from the truth of God. God does not take paganism (idol worship) lightly.
He says, “Learn not the way of the heathen” (Jeremiah 10:2 KJV). And, “Take heed to yourself that you are not ensnared to follow them, after they are destroyed from before you, and that you do not inquire after their gods, saying, ‘How did these nations serve their gods? I also will do likewise'” (Deuteronomy 12:30).
According to Deuteronomy 12:31-32 God does not approve of recycling, re-labeling, repackaging, adopting or disguising pagan/demonic customs as SAINTLY religious festivals or harmless social traditions. This is strictly forbidden.
God will not always remain patient with those who insist on participating in forbidden, harmful and superstitious customs having to do with sorcery and the supernatural (demonic forces, spirits, and idol gods).
“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. . . What kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives as you look forward to the day of God” (2 Peter 3:9-12, NIV).
Look at Halloween. Halloween is one of many human traditions that opposes holy and godly living as well as Scriptural teachings. And it serves to keep people in the dark about God’s Truth (John 8:32). It is not a harmless holiday for you or for your children. God warns us to avoid it and to follow His ways because He hates for us to dabble in the supernatural spirit world of Satan and his demons! Instead, as God tells us in Isaiah 66:2, “On this one will I look: on him who is poor and of a contrite spirit, and who trembles at My word.”
The community of Faithful Believers and Pastors are instructed and challenged to avoid any similitude of wickedness. This includes any Halloween observances sanctioned by schools or churches. We should boycott all Halloween observances and refuse to purchase any Halloween merchandise and/or paraphernalia. Churches should not have Halloween parties or Fall festivals as an alternative to Halloween. This only serves to promote the pagan festival. It assumes that our children need something to take the place of Halloween. It validates that day as worthy of being observed by offering our children some form of church-sponsored activity or alternative. It suggests that our kids are missing something if they don’t participate in something on that day.
Isn’t it about time for all true born-again, Holy Ghost filled Saints of YHVH to just say “NO” to Halloween!? Halloween is an unholy and superstitious practice relating to evil spirits and the realm of the dead. It should never be celebrated by Children of YHVH – The TRUE AND LIVING GOD OF LIFE.
Conclusion: It is clear that we, as true BELIEVERS, cannot participate in Halloween at any level and that our involvement in it is an idolatrous betrayal toward our God and our Holy Faith. For if we continue to imitate the spiritually dead then we willfully and knowingly oppose God and we provoke the Lord to anger and wrath.
In today’s world of spiritual indifference, one is urged to disregard the pagan origins of secular practices when their outward forms seem ordinary, entertaining and harmless. However, the world system of religious sociology and inclusion denies the existence of both God and Jesus Christ.
The Holy Scriptures teaches that our actions are either for God or against God. No one can serve two masters. Therefore, let us not imitate dead souls as if we belonged to those who have no hope. Let us fight the good fight of faith, asking God to grant us faith and courage to persevere as True Saints in these very difficult times, and to deliver us from Evil.
I Challenge all Saints and true believers whom the Spirit of GOD has spoken to through this message, if indeed you have the Spirit of GOD, to please reject the notion of Halloween and refuse to acknowledge it in any way. Send a message that others may see and the retail community may feel.
Let the redeemed of the LORD say so!
To God be the Glory in the name of Jesus Christ.
Amen!

TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!
I tell you in fact we all live in a dark evil world, I don’t understand why God allow us to live in darkness and that darkness will pull us away from God. Halloween is often something to attract Children, Children like silly things.
If I a Christian who have an interest in other Religions or anything which had the Occult side or anything unchristian. I am sure Jesus loves me very much and Jesus will burst out in tears for me because he don’t want me to get trapped by other Gods or Demons and Jesus don’t want me to go to Hell. But sometimes I have no choice and take what I needed in spite of I asked Jesus to forgive me and to save me even through that maybe he could not save me. I understand I should repent but on the other hand I need to do more work. I will tell Jesus that I am truly sorry that I had other things beside Jesus, I don’t want to be an Idolater but sometimes I have no choice. I would like to serve Jesus wholehearted but sometimes it is not easy for me to do just that. I am aware that the Devil is trying to pull me away from Jesus. And I know that the Bible says that Unbelievers will go to Hell.
I’m so glad that you wrote this post. During Christmas, I shared that Christmas was not its original holiday. If you research it information that I found has Christians as robbers of this pagan holiday. Pagans are actually disturbed that Christians “stole” their day to convert people to their religion. We know that Jesus was not even born in December.
For many years, I felt in bondage to attend church on December 31 adding that if I did not go, I was somehow sinful. My birthday is New Year’s Eve, and when researched I realized that this tradition initiated by blacks to pray that the Emancipation Proclamation would be enacted to end slavery, had nothing to do with Jesus himself.
I am always compelled to encourage people to know the truth as it will make you free.
Blessings,
Ressurrection

Glory! I’ve been trying to state this to my fellowship it’s still Halloween even if it’s a different name and all the other pagan Holidays they celebrate as well. I tell them as I’m starting to learn of Leviticus 23 about our Father YAHUAH Feast Days at least get together for those days and celebrate, they say it’s a burden and if I start I will not pursue I’ll give up but I’m not going to lie it is lonely trying to do the things of the Father I do love my assembly with brothers and sisters but I rather do it alone to be in the will of the Father, do you have literature on these Feast Days and how you do or do not partake. Thank you
