Today’s Sabbath Message / My Personal Observations / A Pastoral Commentary

Salvation without Christ

I have been trying to put into words what has been very obvious to me over the years regarding traditional churches and congregations but have found it very difficult to express. So please forgive the lack of polish or sophistication of the following observations:

It is my observation and personal experience that many churches (maybe unconsciously) have placed themselves as the judge and jury of who is good enough to Pastor and/or preach in their pulpits. They have developed elaborate and politically driven organizations known as Ecclesiastical Governing Bodies to discern, discriminate, set benchmarks, examine and decide for them who should be their Pastor/Leader/Shepherd. But shouldn’t that be God’s decision?

It is my experience and observation that those who are making such life altering decisions are not saved according to the Holy Scriptures nor are they influenced by the Holy Spirit but by church politics, human traditions, arbitrary rules and clandestine motives shrouded in out-of-context scripture verses –totally corrupt, perverse and out of the will of God.

Maybe this is why the Christian Church is in the condition it is today – lacking genuine moral integrity and Divine Truth.

They tell a story (fable) of salvation that sounds good but is a lie from the depths of hell that neither saves nor transforms but entertains, fascinates, inspires, blinds and deceives its listeners.

For the time has come and now is when men will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they have accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, doctrines, traditions and beliefs and have turned away from the Truth and have turned to myths… (ref. 2 Tim. 4:3-4)

REPENT!!!
