This Week’s Word
1 In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord, high and exalted, seated on a throne; and the train of his robe filled the temple. 2 Above him were seraphim, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying. 3 And they were calling to one another:
“Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty;
the whole earth is full of his glory.”
5 “Woe to me!” I cried. “I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the LORD Almighty.” ( Isaiah 6:1-3, 5)
This Week’s Prayer
Father, it is in the name of the LORD YeHoWsHua* (Jesus Christ) we pray. O’ Most Holy Father, we pray that You would forgive us for all of our sins. And forgive us for the times that we have come into Your presence without genuine reverence and awe. Please forgive us for being pretentious, phony and fake. Please forgive our attitude of entitlement. We know that we are not worthy to be called Your children for we were born into sin and shaped in iniquity. Nothing good dwells in our flesh. Our speech is unclean as is our hearts. Have mercy on us O’ Lord! We Repent Today! We tremble at the prospect of Your righteous judgment and in fear of Your awesome Power and Glory. Surely we perish if not for your generous mercy and kindness. Have Mercy on us O’ Lord! Please cleanse us from all unrighteousness and renew in us a clean heart. We desire to worship you in Spirit and in Truth. You are worthy of all Praise and Glory! Empower us to live a life of continual worship and praise – one that brings glory and honor to your name. In the matchless name of our Lord and savior YeHoWsHua* (Jesus the Christ), Amen.

Footnote: *The Hebrew spelling of the name of Christ is used in this prayer for educational purposes. Yehowshua is often shorten to Yeshua but out of respect for my Lord I chose to use the spelling of His proper name to demonstrate that His name is above every name and that even the spelling of His name is relative to the spelling of The Father’s name – remembering that there were not any vowels in the Hebrew alphabets. Thus, YHWH (Yahweh) and YeHoWsHua (Yahweh is salvation) are grammatically and uniquely related. Notice the Y-H-W-H in both the Father and the Son.
