The Hypocrisy of Christmas Christians in America

Hypocrisy is defined as pretending to be what one is not or to believe what one does not!

Why does the government recognize Christmas as a Christian Holy day yet make laws and policies that profane God’s Institution of marriage and family and prohibits prayer in public schools or the Ten Commandments in Public Courthouses and City Halls?

Why does the nation celebrate Christmas, go on Christmas vacations and take off from work on Christmas day but not allow the name of Jesus to be mentioned in prayers during their devotional services?

Why are so many folks pretending to care about the needs of others at Christmas while ignoring the needs of the poor, homeless, downcast, the impoverished, the hungry and the disabled all the rest of the year?

Why during Christmas, are so many public figures interested in publicly giving a temporary fix – toys, boxes of food, etc,- to families and individuals  – rather than developing and providing means by which the poor may adequately and sufficiently provide for themselves with a “living“ income?

You can deceive yourselves and be deceived by the agents of Satan but God is not deceived.   Mark 7:6 records Jesus as saying, “You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you, for he wrote, These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me.”

They have the pretense of godliness, but deny the Lord of lords and the King of kings. (2 Timothy 3:1-5)

They bring damnation upon themselves. (Matthew 7:21-23)
Stop fronting and be Real.
